HOW IT WORKS
By becoming a member of Misty Highlands Vacation Solutions (MHVS), you can claim “Your Share” of the desirable Highland Gate Golf and Trout Estate in Dullstroom. This is a flexible, highly affordable alternative to enjoying the luxury of secure estate living without the hassles and costs of an outright purchase.
Our unique roster will ensure that you can own the time that best suits you and your family. It caters for both 3 and 4 term schools with a minimum of 3 nights stay.
The development consists of two full self-catering units, a 6 bedroom/14 sleeper, and a 4 bedroom/10 sleeper. You may also combine them to create one 10 bedroom dwelling that sleeps up to 24 people (20 adults and 4 children under the age of 12).
MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
The first 15 members get their initial investment back after 11 years. On 28 February 2034, the lodge will be put up for sale, and your initial investment will be returned to you upon the sale of the property.
ACCELERATED PAYBACK
Through referring friends, you will not only be earning commissions to reduce or eliminate your levies, but we will be also paying back either a portion or all of your investment through our innovative accelerated payback mechanism.
